Safety, Health & Well-being

In 2018 the company saw significant growth, a rise in total man-hours and an increase in the challenging nature of projects that we work on, and we’re very proud that we have achieved this safely with zero RIDDOR’s.

We continue to review and improve our workplace health and well-being initiatives and of particular focus has been mental health, we support CECA’s ‘Stop. Make a Change’ campaign, actively took part in National Stress Awareness Month, relaunched our Employee Assistance Programme and we’re currently in the process of becoming an active supporter of Mates in Mind.
