Nick Coley
Managing Director
Nick was appointed as Managing Director early in 2008 after a successful fifteen year period with our Group Sister Company Thomas Vale Construction. He was responsible for City and Interiors, the East Midlands Area office and ONLINE Division focusing on building and refurbishment work and the Rail and Communication Sectors
Michael Rolls
Chairman
Mike joined Fitzgerald in 1996 and has been a Director since 1999; he was appointed Chairman in 2002. Mike has had a long and varied career in construction and has responsibility for all aspects of the development of the business. Mike is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
John Moore
Contracts Director
John joined Fitzgerald in 1982 having previously worked for Leicestershire CC and Tamworth BC. He was appointed Contracts Director in 1993 and has responsibility for our operations in the East Midlands. He is a Director of the Thomas Vale Group.
John Malanaphy
Contracts Director
John joined Fitzgerald in 1977 and has progressed through the business in various roles. He was appointed Contracts Director in 1993 and has responsibility for our operations in Birmingham and the West Midlands from our offices in Birmingham. He is a Director of the Thomas Vale Group.
Neal Deller
Quantity Surveying Director
Neal is the Director responsible for all of Fitzgerald's commercial matters. He joined the Company in 1989 after working for major contractors and Birmingham CC and was appointed Director in 1993. Neal is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Robert Screnci
Company Secretary and Accountant
Bob joined Fitzgerald in 1993 as Company Secretary and Accountant. He has wide experience gained in similar positions both inside and outside of the construction industry and was appointed Financial Director in 1999. Bob is a Member of the Society of Company Accountants.
David James
Director
After a varied career in the construction industry Dave joined Fitzgerald in 1990 and was appointed a Director in 1993. He is responsible, as General Foreman, for all work carried out on some of the major projects undertaken by the Company.
