Fitzgeralds Customer Care results for 2014 have confirmed the excellent service that is being provided to Clients. The results have been compiled through online surveys and one to one interviews, with Clients, Engineers, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and other Stakeholders.
The results illustrate an excellent performance and that, despite the steep rise in Turnover over the year, Fitzgerald have been able to maintain excellent standards of Customer Care, and overall to improve on the performance in 2013.
