Fitzgerald sets a number of KPI’s that a measured year on year.
Results are collected in two ways:
• Face to Face surveys undertaken by the Managing Director
• Online surveys which are completed by all Clients
The 2013 Survey results illustrate the excellent level of service that is being provided by Fitzgerald Contractors. These results are shared with all employees in order that the company objective of excellent service can be met.
