Our strategy is managed by a CSR Steering Group made up of Executive Directors and Managers for working groups in Human Resources, Equal Opportunties, Health, Safety & Welfare, Community Liaison and Customer Care, Training, Best Practice and Operations, with auditable processes which are embedded into our business.

We have achieved ISO 14001 accreditation and we are maintaining this standard which provides stakeholders with independently verified evidence of Fitzgerald's commitment to environmental issues. This policy has the full support and commitment of the Board of Directors and will drive our actions.

Training & Development
Fitzgerald will continue to commit themselves to the retraining and personal development of all our employees and those of our Supply Chain Partners. The training of all employees and their continuing professional development, is of paramount importance and is undertaken by Fitzgerald Contractors via a structured training programme designed to meet our needs and exceed standards set by many of our competitors.
