Since its formation in 1948, Fitzgerald Contractors Limited has established an enviable reputation for quality and service on infrastructure, public realm and civil engineering projects across the Midlands.

Today’s management is building on the traditions of flexibility and reliability of service that have been the cornerstone of the Company’s success. Managed from offices in Birmingham, Fitzgerald has grown to employ over 150 people from across the Midlands area. It is this commitment to the employment of local people and our knowledge of the region that has enabled us to provide a service that exceeds our customer’s requirements and aspirations.

We operate a Quality Management System to the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 and it is our policy to provide a quality service in all repsects and to the complete satisfaction of our Clients.

As part of our Quality Accreditation, we undertake an audit programme to ensure that we maintain these standards.

We operate an Environmental Management System to the requirements of BS EN ISO 14001 and within our Group of Companies we have a dedicated resource providing Environment and Sustainability expertise.

We recognise that our activities have an impact on the Environment and we are committed to minimising this impact by seeking to continually improve our Environmental Performance.
